From 1983 to 1994 Jean-Paul Gaultier designed the costumes for about 18 ballet shows choreographed by Regine Chopinot. As a part of Jean-Paul Gaultiers thirty years of creation this exhibition presents the result of collaboration between couturier and choreographer, also Jean-Paul Gaultiers haute couture examples. Ballet costumes are shown for the first time.

Museum of Bags and Purses, Amsterdam

After a number of goods reached 3500, the Museum of Bags and Purses has moved from a small Netherlands town named Amstelveen to Amsterdam.
The museum presents examples from the Middle Ages until the present day period: 16th century ladies’ suitcases, 17th century pouches and alms purses, 18th century thigh bags, wallets, framed and knitted bags, 19th century reticules and stocking purses, and also original Pierre Cardin, Paco Rabanne, Yves Saint Laurent, Gianni Versace, Paul Smith, Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Hermes, Chanel, Dolce and Gabbana, Donna Karan, MiuMiu, Chloe, Fendi etc bags.
