Thinking about what was the easiest and more funny book I read last year I decided it was the Shopaholic. When you are tired and feel angry without the reason read this book. It helps! To get more advantage read it on any language that you know, but not native.

Excellent book, covers the fashion period from 1900 till 2000. On each page you will find photo with a date and the large comment. It is a good illustrated mini-encyclopedia for everybody interested in fashion and suit history.

Yesterday I got a gift (the book “Shopping guide Milano”). Inside the book: the general information about city, set of shop addresses (boutiques, outlets, just shops), information about some designers and brands, a colourful city map. So, if you are going to Milan and see such a book, buy it. I want to Milan for a long time. Seems, received book is a sign!

Just got from Amazon Figure Drawing For Fashion Design by Elisabetta Drudi and Tiziana Paci.

Book is good enough for beginners and students who has problems with figure proportions drawing. There are many explanations how to draw all the figure, face and different parts of body with illustrations. Books format is A4, 216 pages. As I see it’s not that worst school of drawing. I am giving 4,5 points from 5 for this book and start drawing lessons. The 1st theme is Rule of Proportion. Wish me good luck!
